I had some technical issues with the lock, mostly my fault, the customer support team were fantastic and walked me through step by step to resolve my isssues can not praise them highly enough

We have spent hours several days in a row trying to put this together. We keep going back and having another go at it (hoping some miracle will happen over night) The slots on the rim of the bottom half don't line up with the metal clips on the rim of the top part. So, something that should be easy to fit together is impossible without taking a hammer to move the metal clips so they slot into the slots. I can't even guarantee it'll work as it's thick strong metal.I shouldn't have to do this and I'm not happy to do it either. What a nightmareI haven't even gotten to fitting the lock yet as there's no point if I can't get the the top to fit into the bottom.How I'm going to fit that lock with no instructions heaven only knows. Awful just awfulThere's an instruction sheet for the main box with drawings but no written instructions.From my own experience I can't recommend this drop box. If we can't get it to fit together it's an expensive peice of landfill because I'm at a loss as to anything else it can be used for.

The box is very flaky. It can be easily yank opened. The size is good enough to hols 1 regular or 2 small parcels.

I thought carefully before buying, as I saw some negative reviews. However, I'm pleased with the result. The unit came well packed, and in need of some assembly. The instructions are poor and in tiny print, but it's all fairly straightforward. As previously mentioned, I had to tweak one of the top box mounting lugs for a good fit. Also, the plastic rain guard for the keypad doesn't fit properly, and looks naff, so I didn't use it, and instead applied some silicone grease around the edge when installing. There are two battery compartments - one at the top of the keypad, and one in the small black box which comes with the keypad. I modified the bracket to better fit, and added some feet behind it to stop it rattling. The door rattles a bit when locked, so I added some heat shrink to both parts, and that made it it snug when locked. Also, the mounting screws supplied are inadequate. I bored out the holes and used M8 bolts. Added a couple of stickers to show the delivery guys what it's for, and there you go. Hope the photos help!

I have to admit I struggled a bit setting this up but it’s probably me being a bit slow at working out how everything works . The other issue I had is placing it, anywhere on the front of the house just looked a bit strange but around the side is gated so very hard for anyone delivering anything to know where to put it. However none of this is the box’s fault and it would be perfect if you lived in flats etc and needed somewhere secure for deliveries to be placed until you get to it . So overall Ot probably won’t work for my use case but for many people I think it could be a perfect fit and it works well

Parcel box comes in two parts. There was no assembly instructions with it. The top part is fixed to the main body via ten small screws. The front three screws have to be screwed in from above, the other seven have to be screwed in from below. Then from the top box, you have to bend the metal plate holes over the two spindles either side at the front (see picture 4) to secure the locking plate. Installing the lock was straight forward except it had a design fault. If you put the plastic waterproof cover over the electrical lock (see picture 1), you can’t close the door fully as it gets in the way of the frame. I can’t see a way of using the plastic cover so I had to remove it. Downloading the WeHere app and setting up was really straightforward. It worked as designed without any issues. Final point, I don’t think the screws supplied for mounting it to the wall are good enough to hold it in place for long. I plan to open the holes in the back and mount it with small wall bolts. This is my second parcel box and the build quality is as good as the other one. If you are handy with little screws and can work things out then I would recommend this box as the price was reasonable.

I brought this for parcel as had a few go missing.Not fit for usethe idea was to fit on an outside wall so parcel could be safely delivered. Ok manually but if you have a slight bit of rain the electronic don’t work.
