The initial replies missed the point and refer to the deodorant. I think you were asking about the antiperspirant quality for example, a sweaty forehead. I think it would be perfectly fine to use on your forehead and face, making sure to avoid the eyes and mouth/lips. I have done so, successfully, with similar products. I’m an MD and would not take risks with my skin.

No. It can be used on underarm only.

I don't have hyperhidrosis, but I do sweat !!!! I use this all over, except face, and it does work for me.
