Q: Do I get 2 shelves or 4?

There are actually 4 shelves but in order to meet the 48inch as advertised, the shelves have to be overlapped. There is also the issue of making sure the shelves are supported by studs; if one attempts to make four shelves it will become abundantly clear that the studs are too far apart to support the weight of anything over 10 to 20lbs.

Q: Can these be used outdoors in the weather without rusting?

I don't believe so, the racks and supports are all powder coated steel and will rust eventually.

Q: I am moving and have loved the stands. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remove the screw holders. Is there anyway you guys could send me the size/product?

If by "screw holders" you mean the wall anchors that go in the sheet rock, the wall anchors are available at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Q: is there an option for just 1 shelf and not 2?

Yes they come in a (2) pack if you want to mount (1) it'll be 36 inches it you mouth both side by side it'll be 72 inches
