Really impressed. Took me longer to find the spanner tham it took to install.I wasn't expecting any mircales, I just wanted to remove the horrible taste and smell of our water. This does that so it achieves exactly what I was hoping.It does reduce the water pressure a bit, which is to be expected and is understandable.Time will tell how long the filter lasts before it needs replacing but for now at least, I can't fault it.

After an initial issue with the product, I can't praise this seller enough. Fantastic communication and very prompt resolution.Would definitely use this seller again.As for the product, has everything you need to ensure you get clean filtered water where you want it. Simple to install

I started drinking the tap water after I installed this. Doesn’t change the taste that much compared to very high priced filters but this one is very descent

We had lead pipes. SW Water came to test again after we installed this and no lead. Cannot say how thrilled I am to keep my family safe

This was so easy to install. I paid double the amount with another company that did not provide the right fittings. I’m no plumber and I don’t need a plumber to fit this. I had a nightmare with the other filters.. anyway if you’re in the UK. Really easy, just fit in to your already existing setup.

Good quality

I bought this because I wanted to get away from using a filter water jug. But it doesn’t work. The tea is scummy and the scale is bad. I contacted water drop they told me to try a different tea 🤷🏼‍♀️ I ended up contacting them 4 times then gave up.

Very happy with this water filter. I can drink clean water now from the tap rather than water filter jugs. Should have had it much sooner .
