Taste is really good. Nice raspberry flavor. The B12 is helping with my energy levels and I can tell when I don't take it. Bad news.....the bottle leaks as others have said. Overall 8.5/10 due to leaky bottle.Vitamin B12 absorbs sublingually (under the tongue) better than swallowing a pill and this spray works great for this administration. Please ask your provider if this supplement is right for you and recommended dosing.
