I use it for my sleeping bag and never had any problems with it. looks to be water resistant to say the least and seems pretty tough aswell

Thick, well made. End compression straps are routed through channels in the circumferential straps, so they don't "fall off" the end and get tangled. Good quality for an Amazon bought bag. Only downside is that the end compression straps are attached with a simple box stitch, so you might tear them out if you really reef down on them to squeeze out every inch of space. Not a big issue though if you give it a moment of care.
