GREAT PRODUCT, Highly recommend. The quality of this product is outstanding. The materials provided from the hardware, to the actual mounting brackets are all very high quality. The instructions provided are easy to follow and there is a video demo to walk you thru it all. I actually bought a different model Sanus from Costco and when I went to install it found out the studs over my fireplace were not the typical 16 inches on center. I ended up returning the product but frankly really liked the quality of their product. I called the customer service people and explained the dimensions I had to work with, the type of TV I had, and she was able to offer me a few options. I went with the vlt6-B1 as I wanted a tilt model and because the mounting brackets would work with my home. If the studs in your home are not 16 inches on center, this is the TV mount you want to purchase. It took me just over 1 hour with a friend to install. This mounting bracket is super strong. It says it is rated for up to 150 lbs, but I think that is a low ball figure. I liked how easy it was to mount the TV into the bracket and how you could hear it “Click” and lock into place. There is room to get your hands behind the TV to remove a HDMI cable and then push it back into position. The viewing angle was easy to adjust. Overall I would highly recommend not only this particular TV mount, but SANUS as a company as this product is well engineered and thought out. The price I felt was very good for the quality of this product at $136 it may be a little higher price than some, but well worth it. Update to review, I bought this 5 years ago in 2019 and it has worked exactly as promised. Today I needed to remove the TV I mounted to relocate it, it was convenient that SANUS had a FAQ section and I was able to back and review the instructions on how to remove the TV since I had tossed the instructions away after installation. Great product, I still HIGHLY recommend it. The price has come down.

Excellent mount—Cannot believe how easy the setup was on my LG 65" OLED (Total 8 screws-4 on wall, 4 on TV, then done). With an expensive TV, it’s worth choosing something reliable. SANUS is one solid piece and far sturdier than the two-piece mounts out there with much cheaper price tag (Not worth it). Highly recommended it.

Easy to install. Like that you can pull it away from the wall to easily reach the outlets on tv. Just enough adjustments. would buy again.

Highly recommended! I've installed 4 or 5 different TV wall mounts before, so I didn't need a ton of hand holding, but the instructions for this one exceeded my expectations and helped secure the biggest TV I've ever had to mount (65"). The install went pretty much as planned except I neglected to account for the existing power outlet that would be covered and had to drill holes twice to move the back plate over a little. I used Sanus's guide to figuring out how high to place the TV on the wall, which was nice and made figuring out where to drill easy. Installing the TV attachments and hanging the TV on the back plate was simple: it clicked on with no trouble and I was able to slide the TV over to center it since my wall studs weren't dead center of the TV watching area. I was able to tilt the TV down slightly for an ideal viewing angle to finish the job.

I used this mount with an 85” Samsung QN90b tv. I’m pleased with the results. First, the good. The stand itself seems to be well built and handles the weight of my 85” reasonably well. Their documentation really set this mount apart for me. First, I came with a nice wall template. Second, the written instructions were excellent. And thirdly and most important to me - they have an online tool that helped me calculate the exact distance from the floor to the holes on the mount. And that tool is very well done and easy to work with. It was game changer for me, taking a lot of the guesswork out of the installation. If there is a downside, I wish the wall bracket was a bit wider to I had the ability to span it across 3 studs, thus giving me more ability to move the tv farther left/right on the bracket. With the way my room is set up, I hard to slide the tv as far right as possible on the wall bracket, and you can see that the bracket is pulling away from the wall / flexing a bit. I thought the lag bolt might be pulling out so I took the tv off the wall, but that wasn’t the case - the bracket is simply flexing a bit. I have zero concern about the bracket breaking, just wish they’d made it longer. Maybe they didn’t so it’d work with smaller tvs too, not sure. Also noteworthy and something you don’t get with other manufacturers, they provided a lot of bolt sizes, washers and spacers for the brackets that attach to the tv. That’s awesome as on other mounts I found myself at the hardware store buying random bolt lengths to try and find the right size. All in all this thing is very nice, would definitely buy again.

Really nice mount, purchased these before. It's designed to pull out a few inches from the wall for connection access. It also has a level adjustment on both hooks. Just turn the screw until level with included hex tool. Mount is an easy DYI.

Really like this mount. It is on the thinner side, keeping your TV close to the wall. The bracket is heavy duty and wide enough to catch two wall studs. Unlike some of the thinner brackets where the mechanism fills up the interior of the bracket, this one leaves the middle of the bracket open so you can mount it over your electrical outlet. The bracket allows you to pull the TV out from the wall, tilt it down and also turn it side to side. Great functionality for the small size. We have a 65" TV mounted on it and it would easily hold a larger one as well.

Perfect mount...angles...slides left or right...comes out from wall to fit cables if you prefer. Very well built!

This wall mount is very sturdy and worked perfectly for our 65" tv. It is easy to adjust and also easy to remove the tv if needed.
