This is an incredibly small box of chocolate for the cost. Therefore, I was expecting a very high quality of chocolate. I was very disappointed. The chocolate "shell" was cracked, flaking and of a poor texture. The flavor bland at best. The centers were... ordinary, plain, and unremarkable. Save your money there are a number of chocolatiers which much higher quality, and a much lower price.

These are the only chocolates where I eat one piece & return to the box later because each one is sublime, to be savored. I eat 2-3 pcs per day. It's difficult for me to describe how each piece is just beyond.This box was not for me but it was one of the boxes I love so I sent a box to a family member who also loves this box and feels like I do about La Maison du Chocolat chocolates. She was soooo happy!! I sent them to her this time because I want her to have awesome experiences (remember them for now) while her Alzheimer's is still in the mild stage. We've swooned over, shared our memories (one of us asks the name of the one with the raspberry puree & off we go!) of La Maison du Chocolat chocolates and we've only had 4-ish boxes each over 15+ yrs!! La Maison du Chocolat- truly special in the art of making chocolate & chocolates while also providing valued memories for me and my family.

The box is TINY! It’s 9.7 oz for $99!They are good but not THAT goodI couldn’t find the weight in the product description but thought I was getting a lot because it said 40 pieces but they’re so tiny.I got duped.BEWARE.
