Rugged Smartphone IP68 Dual Sim 4.5 inch Andriod 5.1 Quad Core 2GB RAM 16GB ROM (Yellow)

I picked this up because I needed something reasonably priced, but durable. It's got a few strong points and some weak ones. As far as being durable, don't expect too much. The screen chipped and cracked within days. Never dropped it, just pulled it out of my bag and noticed a small chip on the edge of the screen, which turned into a crack a day later. Not so impressed. It connects to wifi, but needs a calling app or messenger to make calls over wifi. Not too happy with that either. On the good side, I've loaded every app I need and still have plenty of storage. It moves pretty quickly between apps. The camera is amazing. Plenty of control for adjusting the image quality. Photos have been coming out spectacular, once I figured out all the adjustments. Battery life is about average. Tried to find a spare battery online, no luck so far. The biggest quirk is the charging cable. Standard phone charging cables are not long enough to reach the port, so don't lose the one that comes with it or you're screwed. If the screen, charging port and wifi calling issues are ever resolved, this will be nearly perfect. Still a better deal than most phones under $200.

I bought the phone in may of 2018 and I didn't open it until this year, and when I unboxed the phone it did not turn on. someone please contact me about what I can do and how to get a refund. Thanks
