Phones were shipped preconfigured for a different platform. All had to be factory defaulted (preconfigured with an unknown password) just to clear out the configuration and have access to reprogram. Total waste of time.

This item does not work. Despite many attempts and computer programmer help it does not work. Amazon now will not let me return it so beware of Amazon
