The media could not be loaded. I bought a Roborock S7 before, but its partial function does not work very well like the mapping is really terrible. Although the S7 uses LIDAR, it still turns around on its own, getting lost and stuck in nowhere.Additionally, the battery life is short, so I have to put it back to charge all the time.Until I found the 360 ​​S10 Vacuum Robot, it is a perfect replacement for Roborock S7. The price I got is $549, which is $100 cheaper than the S7, but I really enjoy the 360 S10.360 S10 adopts a 3D LiDAR design, its mapping is very accurate, it will never get stuck or hit the furniture or the wall, the most important thing is that it adopts a built-in LiDAR design, which makes its size lower than all external LiDAR machines. Roborock could not get into the bed bottom side before, but S10 really surprised me, it can get into the lower space including the bottom of some cabinets. Thanks for this new helper, I don’t have to clean these places manually anymore.

I've owned this vacuum for a couple years now and it does a decent job of vacuuming but it is very finicky. My first one was replaced by the manufacturer because it kept getting stuck, or saying the main brush was stuck, and there was literally nothing it was stuck on. No obstacle or anything, just in the middle of the floor. So they sent a new one and after a couple months with that one, it started doing the exact same thing. So there is something faulty with these and I have no idea what it is. I just have to constantly restart it while it's cleaning. Which is obviously a pain in the butt. Plus I paid hundreds of dollars more than what it is selling for now so that's a bummer. Next time I'll stick with the bigger name brands that have the technology figured out. Also, I really don't care for the app. The mapping can be weird and it's just not user friendly in my opinion. Save yourself the headache with this vacuum and buy a better known brand.

I ordered this robot vacuum and mop to replace my vacuum only unit, and so far I am pleasantly surprised with this S10. My previous robo vacuum would get stuck sometimes even with the LIDAR feature. Somehow, this one manages to avoid that entirely. Also, the vacuum suction is great. I’ve noticed my floors looking even cleaner than before, although the mop has a bit to be desired. It can’t get up deep stains or anything of that nature. It does, however, work tremendously well at keeping areas clean that were clean to start off with. The extra mop feature removes just enough to maintain an area, but not clean it from scratch. Overall, I’m still pretty happy with this robot vacuum and mop for the price.

Does a very good job at vacuuming. I really like the way it boosts its suction on carpets. Mopping is mediocre at best. No more than wiping with a damp towel, most of the time it misses spots. wouldn't recommend a vacuum/mop unit. save your money. The S10 is fairly new to the market and I purchased it because of the suction power and the Lidar. Unfortunately it Keeps getting lost. Thinking of returning it. Been in touch with 360 smart life and they want me to keep rebuilding maps. I think their software needs work. If Smart life would fix their app they would have an excellent unit.

If any of you are looking for an awesome vacuum, "Rosie" (360 s10 robot) is absolutely amazing. I have heard people complain about Roomba's, so I found this one which has a very high rating, and after a month of use, I couldn't be happier. I even made my wife a believer. She has the lowest profile, then any other in the industry, which allows her to get under just about everything. She has the highest suction power than any other on the market as well. She doesn't bump into things because she uses lidar, which allows her to completely map out your house. On top of all this, she even does some light mopping and can differentiate between carpet from tile. Unlike Roomba, where you would need to buy two units. The only way she could be better is if we could get her to do windows and toilets. 😆

Worst vacuum ever. DO NOT waste your money. Had about 4 months before issues started. Customer service was worthless. Amazon support did send me a new one though. It has lasted about 4-6 months and now has serious issues as well. Constantly says not connect contact after sales. Reconnecting wi-fi does nothing. Biggest waste of time and money ever!

This is the best vacuum I ever bought, and I have purchased 4 different brands in the past. The performance is excellent. I use both: vacuum and mopping functions. the battery life is very good as well. My kitchen has a laminate flooring with some carpeted areas, and it is about 600 sq ft. First, I vacuum (well..not "I", but my little helper :)), and then mop, all on the same charge.

My vacuum had been working solid for a few months. Then the water tank cracked and it was unusable. I purchased a replacement tank and it worked for a bit, but then the app stopped retaining the house map; which means I need to manually start the vacuum as you cannot schedule cleaning without a map. Now the brush latch has cracked and the vacuum is again unusable.
