Great item and product, just as advertised. Fast shipping, easy to setup/install. Worked as needed, easy 1st time attempt to pair with the included app. Tons of features, I enjoy things than are just as advertised/described, and just work well. This product is extremely well made, great sturdy materials, and seams like it will hold up well with prolonged use. No Internet/WiFi needed, just a Bluetooth connection. Once your codes are synced with the device there is no need to use the app/Bluetooth to control the lockbox further if you wish not to. I use this smart lockbox for rideshare/car rentals for my vehicle keys, works just as needed. If you have XL key fobs/remotes this may not be deep enough for them. Make sure to measure your item you want to lock within to make sure. Standard keys/fobs work just fine with this unit. Overall greet item, and purchase. This unit was actually a replacement unit for a similar item that I ordered prior to this unit, it arrived already used, and unable to connect as it was a bound unit. So this was a replacement order, and overall was a better unit, and actually cost less then my first unusable item I received first. Other than the time spent returning the prior unit from a different seller, and manufacturer. This turned out well, and restored my trust again with Amazon, and its sellers, and products Being shipped to the customers. Thank you Amazon, and Seller for making things correct. :o)

After locking myself out of my apartment a couple times (self locking door), I desperately went on the online hunt for a good electronic lockbox. This one was highly rated so got it.The very first time it was actually used functionally when I had a friend come check on my pets while out of town. Friend used it as instructed. Then when I came back to town I came to open it and It would refused, no matter what I did (unlock codes, app, etc.)... I couldn't even turn it on by plugging in a charging cable. I could hear mechanisms moving but it wouldn't open. Finally I took it to a locksmith office who were able to get it open. I wanted a refund but passed the window for that, at this point I'd be happy for a replacement if i was 1 of the unlucky souls with a faulty unit.

Dispite all the negative reviews it works. Easy to set up and seem like a very strong box. Can use up to a 8 digit password. I don't understand some people who review products. Just because it didn't work for doesn't mean it's not good for someone else.

No problems with this product. I bought an other that was wifi and notified you when people cane and went but it didn't work so I returned it and got the simple mechanical one . Works easily buttons are large enough for my clumsy arthritic fingers, the code is easy to change and there is plenty of room for the key.
