I've reordered this product as it works incredibly quickly to up my iron and vit B levels whenever I'm told to supplement by my doctor. It doesn't cause any constipation. Prefer the capsules as the lozenge tastes awful.

I first started taking these when I was pregnant. I was told if my iron levels didn't improve I would need iron injections. (The dose was double what it is now. Apparently due to EU laws it had to be reduced) they drastically improved. In fact the Dr didn't quite believe the results! Because they are natural iron your body can easily absorb it. You also don't get all the usual side effects from taking prescribed iron.

This supplement has made an incredible difference for my father. His red blood cell count and iron levels are nearly normal now. This doesn't cause constipation like the iron tablets they were giving him in the hospital either. Very effective.

I've purchased this several times. For me this has been the only iron supplement to improve my iron levels. It does not cause stomach upset. There is minimal smell. There is no after taste. Due to it being a combination of minerals it is good value for the money.
