Good thickness and good support for weighted squats and lunges. A bit restrictive for more general use. They do come up quite small so watch your sizing.

I accidentally purchased the wrong size and had been exercising with out sleeves but I got to a point where I needed them. I contacted the company - 4 months after I had purchased the sleeves, explained the situation and I was provided with a replacement pair of knee sleeves in the right size. They fit perfectly, its a quality product, strong, durable and very supportive.I'm amazed at the quality customer service - and the speed at which a new pair in the right size were sent out to me.I would definitely recommend this product - its the one most used in my gym and was recommended to me by my coach/PT. As an ageing goalkeeper I need extra knee support to be able to play. These provide great support. The male quality is better than I expected for rhe money. I even use them over night if I've got some swelling g and they are great. Super value for money.

I returned these as the sizing wasn’t right but from looking they looked well constructed.

Standing the test of time so far. Feel great, comfortable to wear. knee support is significantly noticeable. Feeling stronger and supported in those heavier lifts.
