Works okay for 3B hair
My curly hair is 3b and this worked okay. I didn't see any miracle "gro" but it did leave my hair moisturized. This is very thick and you will need two, maybe even three washes to remove this from the roots. I mistakenly did this on a Sunday and had a blowout on a Thursday and my stylist told me she could still feel the oil in my hair even after my double wash. If you are using this for a heat treatment I think it would be good but it isn't something you should be using on a weekly basis, it should be treated like a deep treatment product.
