Worked as it was described, but I was pleasantly surprised when the flashing arrow showing that it’s charging,stopped when fully charged , then started again when battery needed to be topped up

Hooked up shows 13.4 going to batteries during the day. Seems to be doing its Job well.

We use mighty mule gate openers using solar. They always seem to have issues especially when using multiple panels My neighbor whose well versed in solar suggested this unit to eliminate the solar controller in the gate. He had it wired up 10 minutes ans since doing so and by passing the onboard gate controller it’s worked better then ever. He recommends these for all solar applications As he put it you can spend 150 bucks on one but why waste the money this thing for a tenth of the cost does it all without fail

I was skeptical to see if this was going to have all the features and be truly an MPPT charger for the price, but i was pleasantly surprised. The only negatives are the instructions are confusing and the unit does not work with Lithium batteries, but with my AGM or my starter battery it charged them with my 160w foldable panel no problem. You can see volts, amperage, etc. On the display, i just wish you could have it time out to not waste even the smallest of juice
