Harmar Mobility Upgraded Universal Outside Carrier with II/III Hitch Adapter for Car, Truck, SUV - Mobility Carrier

I bought this item for my mobility scooter. At first I thought it was pretty good, but soon found that the bolts and supports were made of soft meatal and I had to replace one after another. I also found that some of these bolts were specialty bolts that you can't just go to any hardware store to buy. The final straw was that the spring keepers that held the ramp up, both broke at the same time and allowed the ramp to drop while I was on the road. I must have driven for several miles before someone flagged me down to tell me since I didn't hear or feel the ramp drag. Needless to say the carrier is pretty much destroyed. If you do purchase this. Replace all the bolts with hardened steel bolts with SAE grade 8 or Metric 10.9 or better.
