Excellent source of polyphenols, cold presses, all with a great taste! I drank a quarter cup. Very smooth. Had no hungerfor hours. Excellent quality, value, and taste. Tight seal and great packaging. Took effort to get into it.

This olive oil is excellent. I buy it specifically for the polyphenols and healthy omega fats, and the freshness really shows. I love this olive oil. I take twice a day 2 tablespoons each. It helps bring my blood pressure down. I do put it on my salads as well. It doesn't have much flavor. But add your own seasoning with it then its great. Its high in Polyphenols which is much needed to bring down blood pressure. I can that because it has worked for me. However, everyone body reacts different and it depends on what your eating as well. You have to make a lot of food changes as well in order for it to work as well with exercise and intermittent fasting. Their website is very educational to learn about how its made along with their other products. Very honest company! Must read the back of the bottle too. Price is amazing!

I bought this for the health benefits I heard Moroccan oil has. I found it's a bit bitter, fuller bodied, and greenish. It has a good amount of taste to it in my opinion so I'm not sure I'd use it in a recipe for a lightweight, mild oil. Most olive oils don't change a dishes taste for me but this one does.
