I've bought a number of Cascade Mountain Tech items, so was predisposed to expect this blanket to be high-quality, which it is. I actually bought it AFTER my girlfriend and I planned to go to a beach on a day expected to be chilly... because all I had for that day was a regular blanket, not exactly built for outdoors use. I was pleased with the quality AND the fact that it comes in a stuff bag which is light and easy to store. While we didn't try it 'in the wild,' the thumb loops make it easy to pull around one or two people, and it's packability means that it now lives in my 'bugout bag,' which I carry in the car so that my girlfriend and I can do whatever we feel like regardless of the temperature. This blanket is perfect for a camper or kids sports watcher. Light, compact and SUPER warm. Very glad we made the purchase. Little hard to get back into the bag each time but would buy again in a heartbeat

Pros: - just as advertised, nice dark blue color with contrasting red threads - very light weight and yet still adequately warm - longer than the "throw blanket" length - love the handles provided each corners Cons: - seams at the edges (wear/tear?), mainly the top, are coming undone and/or loose, kept having to cut off the threads before it gets out of control - certain stains hard to remove Overall, very happy with the my purchase!「jⁿ」 Esp. considering that i got it on sale, I'd recommend it to anyone for sure at that lower price. (not sure of regular price is worth though)

We love these blankets at camping or say having some extra warmth when watching kids play soccer in the fall. Nice and light, reasonably durable considering the light weight material and good price. I bought my first one at Costco and after liking it so much we found them on Amazon and bought 4 more.
