I am very satisfied with this sugar. I have been sugaring professionally for 30 yrs as well as training others to be sugaring practitioners and I have worked with different sugars from different companies. Some were great and some not so much since consistency is very important. This sugar checked all the boxes for me. I would definitely buy this sugar again.

This sugar paste is really awful. I tried many different methods of applying, and all it did was smooth the hair against my skin rather than removing it. Really disappointed as both me and a friend purchased this together. Will be returning as soon as I can print off a label

Amazing texture if you are a professional and now how to use it!!I absolutely love it!!I see some reviews of people not liking it because they are not professionals .. you need to wear gloves and also i have a professional sugar wax warmer so it gives the perfect texture.. if you out it in the microwave its not the same .. i recommend the all purpose one better than the firm (if you are a professional)

So vacuum sealed that I couldn’t open it without damaging the storage lid and container. The classic one was hard n couldn’t be used with out heating which is the point. The hard one was so hard that even heated it was to difficult to use. I’ve used sugaring before n this would not be one I’d buy again

Was not the right texture for sugaring, might work with strips, but I've never tried it. I tried a few different times, first following the heating instructions, then lowering the heating time every time but was still way too goopy and would not flick off (which is usually a sign the sugar is too warm, but in the last attempt I didn't even warm it and it still was not successful). Two stars because maybe it works with strips?
