Happy
I don't review the movies themselves here, just the condition, etc. Exactly as expected. Item was brand new still wrapped and the case and discs were in perfect condition. Great value for three movies all on Blu-ray. If you are a Ghostbusters fan and don't already have them on Blu-ray this is a no brainer. No complaints.

Awesome Ghostbusters collection set
I pre-ordered this back in Dec 2021, so I locked in the eventual MSRP of 100 bucks (so glad I did, I hate scalpers and I already see it going almost 3x what it sold for). While mine was shipped in a bubble mailer bag, it came in great condition, and I didn't even know it was supposed to light up til I got it and opened it. I like the ghost trap packaging, and I look forward to watching the preview cut of the 1st film. Love the making of book. So glad also that, at least for the physical discs, it came with just the REAL Ghostbusters movies, there are only 3 (sadly Sony caved and included a digital code for the 2016 abomination, but just a code, doesn't mess with overall set)My one issue is my Ghostbusters 2 disc set, I see the reg blu Ray disc, but the 4k disc in it is for the 1st one, so it looks like I got 2 4k discs for the 1st movie. I've had issues before with multi-disc sets where it had the right art on the disc but when playing it, it was something else, and I've had a duplicate disc before too. I didn't take off a star (won't let me do half star) because I don't have a 4k player and I can't test it to be sure, it may be GB 2 but had GB 1 print on it. And I already had gotten a 4k set with the first 2 prior, so it's not like I would be without a physical 4k disc, but if these were made in limited quantity, I do expect better quality control

Excellent movies, horrible packaging
Without a moment’s thought, I’d rate every single one of these films at 5-stars plus...In my opinion this is the ultimate Ghostbusters collection, especially since the travesty of “Answer the Call” was happily excluded. Be thankful if you’ve never watched it, as it’s 2 wasted hours of your life you’ll never get back again. 👎As for the newest film “Afterlife”, it’s a masterpiece which retains many elements of the earlier films, even improving on some yet still maintaining their original flavor. Without giving anything away, the final scene actually brought me (as well as Dan Aykroyd) to tears. So very touching and wonderfully done, it totally amazed me.When I first received this set, I was fearful of a damaged case since it was shipped in a flimsy plastic envelope with absolutely no padding. However, somehow it managed to make the trip intact. The discs themselves were another story, but that’s the fault of Sony’s packaging, not Amazon.GB1 would not play at all (tried it in two different Blu-ray players) and due to the design of the case it’s a miracle the GB2 disc was fine. Those first two discs are mounted within the inside cover on a single spindle, stacked directly on top of each other without any sort of divider whatsoever. Even though the “Afterlife” disc is on its own rear cover spindle, straight out of the case it had two major scratches. This is extremely poor design and QA by Sony, very disappointing.I returned it requesting the same item, and luckily the replacement discs were perfect. I guess it’s a roll of the dice, so keep your fingers crossed. Considering the excellent content it’s worth the risk, since there’s always the exchange route that Amazon is very good about. They delivered it to me the very next day.Lastly, there are “Movies Anywhere” redemption codes for all three films included. You can connect your Amazon Prime video account to this service, and they will appear as purchased movies. There are other streaming services which can also be connected, such as Apple TV, DIRECTV and Xfinity, to name a few.My 4-star rating is obviously the result of Sony’s inept packaging. But, certainly don’t let that influence you regarding the quality of these productions. They’re all awesome!

It Took 32 Years, But Was Worth The Wait!
WARNING - Possibly Spoilers (just know that this movie is a must for 'real' Ghostbusters fans!FINALLY! A decent wrap up to finally make Ghostbuster's the trilogy we've all been waiting for. Anyone who was a true fan of the originals will not only be entertained by this film, but will also shed a tear with the surprise appearance of Harold Ramis in all his ghostly glory. Not only was passing the torch to a new generation of Spengler's a brilliant idea, but passing the directorial torch to Ivan Reitman's son Jason was the smartest idea that the franchise has acted upon in decades.Jason Reitman was the 'first' Ghostbusters 'fan' as he would regularly visit the set of the original from 1984 as his father directed. With that said you can rest assured that the continuing Ghostbusters saga was in the best hands possible to not only keep long time fans satisfied, but also garner new ones as well.I can't say enough good things about this movie set other than the inclusion of the first two originals along with their special features made this a treat that I've long wanted in my collection. It felt like it took forever to get here, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Great movies!
I loved the first two movies as a kid, especially the first one. I was extremely disappointed in the 2016 re-imagining, so I was very skeptical of "Afterlife." I'm glad I chose to watch it. Fan bait galore, true to the originals, and a great story! You can't go wrong with this bundle. My only complaint is how they chose to put the disks in the case. Two disks were on one peg and the third on its own. How hard would it be to give each disk its own peg instead of stacking two on top of each other? One of the disks was mildly scratched because of that, which was unfortunate, but it didn't impact performance. Luckily, I had a few extra Blu-Ray cases, so I put each disk in its own case asap.
