I expected these to take time to begin working. I have struggled to wake up in the morning feeling anything but exhausted for YEARS. I even sleep in on weekends to try to get some sort of semblance of feeling rested with no luck. Still exhausted. I’m on day TWO and have had two mornings in a row of waking up alert and ready for the day after a good night of uninterrupted sleep. Good mood, energy. So thankful to have found this.

Have not really started feelings no many effects. However my sleep score on my Apple Watch and my CPAP machine have gone up significantly. My scores were in the 30’s and 40’s. Now they are in the 70’s. That is a huge improvement.

This supplement was recommended to me 6 years ago by a naturopath. I was on a regimen of supplements, whatever weight I had gained was dropping and I was feeling good. Fast forward to 3.5 years of grad school, working at a recording studio that was open all hours of the day and night, with a schedule that shifted weekly if not daily and now having a job with steady hours but having a horrible time sleeping. I reordered these after going through my medicine cabinet and finding the old bottle. I did a saliva test away back when and remember that, at that point in my life, my cortisol levels would spike around 7 PM, which is when I would like I was getting a second wind. This was great for grad school. Not so much now. I’m 4 nights in on this. The first night, I took two capsules due to some lingering stressful events at work. Didn’t quite sleep through the night and felt a little groggy the next morning. By 8 PM the second night, I was already tired and ready for bed. Took one pill, went to sleep at a reasonable time and slept the whole night. Last night, fell asleep around 9:30 and slept soundly until 6:15 AM. This stuff is proving to be a miracle for me. I never thought I was ever going to sleep well without pharmaceuticals again. Lorazepam was the only thing that would work, but I didn’t want to become dependent on it, so I stopped it several years ago. The last two days at work, I’ve had more energy than I’ve had in months, have been focused, productive and simultaneously calm. My anxiety is getting less and less and I’m starting to feel like my old self again. Can’t wait to see what a few months of taking this will do. I even called the boyfriend at work today and told him what I was in the mood to do after work... I haven’t been that relaxed and anxiety free in years. Miracle cure. Seriously. If cortisol is your issue, these will work. Just be cautious of drug interactions and/or allergies. One small note-I do sometimes have a small headache in the morning after these. Hydration and a little caffeine and I’m good to go. Worth it to be able to sleep.

This definitely knocks me out, especially taking two each night. However, I’m still waking up at 5:30 AM to pee (and I feel like a zombie) and I have a hard time going back to sleep. It managed my sugar cravings wonderfully in the beginning, but it definitely has plateaued now. On the advice of my NP, I’m going to try a different company to manage my cortisol, but I’m keeping these on hand in case.

So far I like it! Really works sleeping well.

It has helped me a lot I take it with my last meal of the day my sleep is sounder I am more rested and have more energy during the day I only take it in the evening once a day and I have been taking it since 12/2024

This product was supposed to help me with reducing my hot flashes in conjunction with another product. Prior to using the two products, I averaged 7 hot flashes a day. After two weeks on the two products, I averaged 8.57 hot flash episodes a day; and after four weeks (third and fourth weeks combined) on the two products, I averaged 7.78. I experienced two days at 10 hot flashes a day. My hot flashes were not reduced taking this product (did not reduce below 7 hot flashes a day). This product did help me sleep slightly, but I was also using melatonin gummies and Tylenol PM, so I can not give credit to this product exclusively. I suffered no adverse reactions on this product.
