Hops Tincture, Organic Hops Extract Drops (Humulus Lupulus) Dried Flowers - Non-GMO 2 oz

I was having hot flashes several times a day, out of the blue, no clear trigger, and they were becoming increasingly uncomfortable and longer lasting. I read that matured hops had been found to relieve them. I considered buying dried hop flower and "maturing" them by baking at 250 for a couple of days, or buying a food dehydrator. That seemed like a lot of has$le. I tried this tincture - one dropper-full in my tea in the morning and afternoon - and no more hot flashes. When I ran out, I bought a hops supplement in a capsule, and the hot flashes came back. I don't know if they weren't matured properly or the potency was low or what. So I bought this tincture again and no hot flashes. Possibly reduced anxiety, too; I didn't notice that so much because I wasn't targeting that, but on reflection, I haven't been getting that desperate nervous feeling like I'm forgetting something crucial. Maybe whatever process sets off hot flashes also triggers anxiety.

It is what it states to be, which is becoming rare in today’s world. The Hops is doing what I bought it for at a great price too!

amazing! Really helps me sleep when use with relishing tincture as well

I’ve bought this hops extract to flavor my seltzers, but there is hardly any flavor and what flavor does exist in this bottle is hardly like the other hops extracts I’ve used in the past. This may be a nice supplement for health, but it hardly much for flavor. You have to use 4+ full droppers squirts to get any noticeable flavor, and even then it’s is a thin bitterness that hardly evokes the essence of an IPA. The sweetness is also an unnecessary distraction. Amazon suggested this as an alternative to my previous hops extract purchase, which is no longer available. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!

Supposed to help sleep which I feel like it really does. I’ve tried a lot of things too. I’ve also been working on my cortisol, as I know that effects sleep. Tell tale sign is waking up around 3am. The tincture is very easy to use, doesn’t taste bad and it’s great value for money! Highly effective. The only thing I don’t like is that it makes my heart race early morning.
