Shipping was very fast came withing a week and a half! First couple hours playing around and really like it so far. Haven't tried gaming on it yet since games are downloading but so far I'm very pleased with the PC. Also it came with keyboard and mouse and they both work awesome. Definitely worth every penny to me!

Can't believe the speed of that thing. Can't ear it and the pc is just beside me . I have to get used to Windows 11.this PC is extraordinary in term of speed and equipment. It looks good. Any one used to Windows 10 will not struggle too much to find what they needs. Everything is there and more. It is just a mater of finding where things are.The price I paid at amazon could not be match any where else. I will be adding for ram to is just to give it that little extra power.If you see it available jump on it. If you are willing to spend the money for a great pc for vr.the liquid cooling system has no info on the maintenance required. This cooling system is very effective but surely there must be maintenance required. but it can't be hard to look it up but would of been nice if there was some info on it in the box

I purchased this computer hoping to get back into PC gaming. When I got it, I followed the instructions and made sure everything was plugged in (I'm not tech expert but I just took a look inside to make sure nothing was loose). Once I plugged everything and turned on the computer, after 2min it turned off on it's own. I tried turning it on again, and same thing happened over and over. At one point the computer didn't even want to turn on anymore. I called the companies tech support the next day and they had me test out the RAM. It was faulty and they said I can send it to them. I asked where they were located and it was in California, US. I explained I was in Montreal, Canada and that it would cost a lot to send it back to them. They said that the only office they have is there and I would have to pay for the shipping to send them the RAM, wait for it to get there first before they are willing to send one that works.I told them it's okay and that I would return the computer to Amazon and just buy a different one. It's been almost 3 weeks since Amazon received my computer and they are yet to give me back my money. As per Amazon, I have to wait 1 month before they are willing to even bother with trying to get me my money back.For me this has been the worse experience as a buyer I've ever had. Going forward I am definitely not going to be making any high value purchases with Amazon or even bother with any CyberPower products.The only good thing that I can say is that the tech support agent I spoke to was very kind and instructive.

An amazing pc for anyone who's looking for a good solid pc that will run pretty much anything. Everything worked properly and has a very clean look to it. Couldn't be happier with this purchase

Had some problems with the graphics card when I first got the pc. So I called technical support told them the problem he gave some suggestions to try sadly did not work so he gave some ways we could get it fixed by sending it back or cyberpower sends a new graphics card. Since I know a bit about building pcs I decided to get a new graphics card shipped and since installing it the pc has ran very well.
