It came on timeIt comes with instruction sheet. You have to put them together before you apply to the wall.Once the white sheet & clear sheet have been combined, you then would adjust it as you'd like before you tape it to the wall. (1)Once you're satisfied with how & where you want it, then you would remove the white sheet & apply the clear sheet to the wall (2)I left it over night after following all the steps. Removed the clear sheet & it looks amazing (3)

I received it with a Little instruction sheet but didn't follow the the instructions on it, i applied it letter by letters and i'm Very satisfied with the final Result.
