It's a good introductory book on the policy process. I'm using it to build a University Master-level course on public policy.

A Necessary Text for MPA Students
I had to read this book for a graduate course and it was actually very informative. Master of Public Administration students should read if it is not already a required text.

Rented book missing 4 pages, noticed too late for return
Found out most the way through my semester that my rental was missing 4 pages, right in the middle of a key part of a chapter. I noticed much too late to process a return, and this affected my class because I was unable to complete an assignment that was based on this information. Big disappointment from Amazon Rentals.

Book came after others books in separate package, it is in good condition.
