Q: Do you have one where the quarters are counted in sets of four? Nobody counts quarters in sets of five.

The coin counter I use has slots for 5 quarters not 4. It still is very easy to sort the coins.

Q: Are the dollar slots for Ike dollars or susan b anthony dollars?

I bought three of these and those slots are for Susan B Anthony

Q: Is it supposed to be wobbly?

Not as far as I could tell. It's supposed to sit flat on a surface.
