Firefly Garden Lights Star Projector Laser Christmas Lights for Garden Lawns Courtyard

We have this projecting on a large tree and the display on the tree is enchanting, especially to my wife. Easy setup but to get the effect we wanted I had to build a small platform to get the proper angle from the ground to the tree and still be within the range of the power source. The platform is a simple upside-down V. This gave the best effect of "fireflies" on the tree. The remote control is easy to master but the whole system has one shortcoming. You can set a timer and the unit will come on for the preset amount of time each day but it doesn't take into account the changing time of sunset (daylight). So I have it powered by a smart switch which does compensate for the changing sunset. However, the device does not store its settings when power is lost. Therefore it comes on each day with its default settings which may not be what you want. If you do use the remotes timer function it will remember your preferences.

I have the spots hitting the trees in my backyard and they have beautiful effects of fireflies. Everything as promised.

The remote is a nightmare. I don’t think I’ve fully figured it out, but the lights are pretty magical. They really do look like fireflies in the trees. It has other modes, bought I specifically bought it for camping and the firefly mode.I would have loved it more if it came on a tall tripod because if it isnt high enough, it projects onto grass etc, taking away from the “bugs in the trees” effect. I may put it on one. All in all, I like it. Very serene.

We absolutely loved this product but it broke unexpectedly after only 2 months. The company replaced it free of charge and now it's beautifully lighting up our back yard.

We hooked it up by our backyard patio it puts out beautiful lights across the yard and into the trees. Looks just like fireflies.

I purchased two of these on6/2023. As of 9/2024 both are broken. I had both outside year round. One didn't last the (Pennsylvania) winter, and the other didn't make it to Fall. The one that broke first will not turn on at all. The other will turn on, but only the blue light works. For how much I spent on these, I expected them to last more than a year. I will not be buying a product from this company again. I hope this helps someone avoid the mistake of buying this product.

Arrived securely packaged. Very happy with the "firefly" twinkles. These are twinkly lights, not large circles or design. So for a lightning bug look, this is the one! Very happy with my purchase
