Outer Vinyl Record Sleeves by Record Investor, 100 Pack Crystal Clear 3 Mil Poly Cover Fits 12 Single, and Gatefold Albums, Durable LP Jacket Protector Sleeve

I spent a lot of time searching online and reading reviews before deciding to try these vinyl record sleeves. These are the only outer sleeves I have ever purchased, so I can't compare them to others, but I like these a LOT. They slide really nicely onto the albums and make the covers look shiny & new. For thicker gatefolded albums the fit is a little tighter, but once you get the sleeve started over the thicker cover then it slides in easily. I have about 1100 albums so I plan to buy a lot more .... I do wish they would offer a quantity discount.NOTE ADDED LATER: I had to purchase another brand a while back and was disappointed because the other brand was not very clear. But the Record Investor 3 Mil records really are almost crystal clear. See photos -- PHOTO with YELLOW STICKER is the OTHER BRAND. OTHER PHOTO is THIS BRAND. Makes a nice difference when put on the sleeves. ANOTHER NOTE -- I see a review saying that these do not cover the full album. I've used hundreds and have only seen that on a couple gatefolded album covers. They fully cover single albums and most gatefolds.

I've been searching for good quality outer sleeves for a long time, and am so glad I found these. All of the other sleeves I found were either too thick, too opaque, too big, too small, or too thin. These are crystal clear 3mm thick outer sleeves that are large enough to fit a gatefold album without any problem, but also fit a single album without being too loose. Not sure if these will fit a tri-fold cover, but I don't have a lot of those in my collection so I don't mind. 5 stars, I will definitely be reordering.

Clear, thick enough, I like them. Only issue is that they are just slightly too small on many records, and the edge of the album is a little exposed. Not a deal breaker

These sleeves would be perfect but they have one bad flaw. They are just a bit too short. They just cover the album with no overhang what so ever. On some albums they don't quite cover the entire album. They are sturdy, thick, and don't split. They are also very clear and shiny and will make your album covers look great.I have exclusively used a different brand of sleeves that are more expensive and I have been looking for something a bit cheaper. These sleeves are the closest I have found. They just need to be slightly bigger. As they are I don't feel that they provide good enough protection for my valuable vinyl.In the photo, the album on the top has the brand of record sleeves on it that I have always used and the album on the bottom has these sleeves. The album is identical so you can see how much of the album these sleeves cover in comparison.

How can I not give this product 5 Stars when it covered every vinyl lp I have beautifully? These covers are very clear, and the record's artwork shows vividly through the glossy cover. I have 14 double albums and these covers fitted over every one of them. This included classic albums from the 70's to todays 180 gram albums. I did not have one of these covers tear or split on me. I love this product and will reorder more. It should be noted I am a notorious snob when it comes to my album collection. A product has to meet my high standards for approval which these Outer Vinyl Covers do!!

These sleeves are definitely crystal clear. They fit just right on single albums with no overhang at the opening. Personally I like a little overhang at the opening so that when I sort through records I touch plastic and not the covers. If that doesn’t matter to you these will be perfect. On the newer double albums or gatefold covers, these are pretty snug. Also, I tried to fit one over a newer Mobile Fidelity 45 series gatefold album and it split this cover right down the side. I purchased these b/c the covers that I usually use were out of stock, and those covers are more expensive than these. For 95% of the time these should work fine and are a pretty good value. They are the clearest covers that I have purchased yet though...so that says something. If you want a good cover that fits single and older gatefold 33 records perfectly and are super clear, these are a good bet..

Just got these, and they are a great price value for outer album sleeves, they are surprisingly thick and durable for the cost. No flap, and they hold most regular gatefold albums as well as a few of my 180gram double albums! I will definitely be ordering this product again as my vinyl collection grows. Thanks!- Matt
