Big bag for a little price
Buy this bag!I purchased this bag nearly 2 years ago when I started a job that required a lot of travel. I wanted a bag that could hold a few days worth of clothes along with my computer, tech, and just about anything else I could think of. Now nearly 2 years later and the bag is still going strong!I’m the best thing about this bag is that it’s massive but also fits under a standard seat in every domestic flight I’ve taken. I fill the bag to the brim with a packing cube full of clothes, two laptops, a water bottle, large overhead headphones, a baseball hatToiletry bag, and still have room to shove a jacket or thick fleece in when I’m traveling in the winter. The bag is truly a black hole that can be filled to the brim and never be a problem. The compression straps on the side really help too when I get to my destination and travel around daily with less in the bag so it isn’t so big and bulky. It may be a little too big for EDC but at least it’s an option which is nice. The other thing I love is that the bag is comfortable. The large padded shoulder straps have always been comfortable even when the bag is fully packed out. The rear strap for sliding it over a rolling bag handle is effective and a thing I can’t live without. Surprised how many high end bags have poor straps and don’t have the simple strap to attach to luggage.I recently decided to try to upgrade this bag for something more high end and honestly I’m having a hard time doing it. I bought a number of highly rated bags that range from $150 -$300 and I returned them all. It’s surprising how many of those bags are missing basic features this bag has like:- a water bottle holder on the exterior of the bag- a compression system to make the bag smaller for EDC (every day carry) or compressing what you have packed into a smaller package- a rear strap to attach to a roller luggage handle for easy transport. Even the high end bags that do have this tend to have it sideways on the bag so you need to flip your backpack horizontally instead of vertically which balances the weight much better- exterior pockets for quick access to small things you may need on a flight- a large laptop pocket that can accommodate a laptop of any size (and even more than one when I travel with my personal and work laptop)- large padded straps and handles for comfort when wearing or carrying in one handI didn’t realize how important these things were to me until I tried to find a bag to replace this one. Now that no bag seems to have all of these features I feel I can’t live without, I don’t think I’ll be replacing this bag anytime soon. There are ofcourse a few things I wish could be better with this bag. These may be make or break for you but they aren’t for me:- the pull cords on the zippers are not high quality and I have ripped several of them off when trying to close a packed bag. I did go out and buy higher quality pulls for the zippers and now haven’t had a problem since.- the main compartment does not have a zipper or a lining that closes over what you packed. This is important to me bc I sometimes need to open my bag to access the inner mesh pocket and all of my personal items are on display for everyone to see. This drops my professionalism a little if my packed clothes are in my bag when I’m with a client, it also means i have to lay the bag flat to open and access that pocket which isn’t always convenient when you are traveling.- the logo on the bag makes the bag look cheap. The bag is ofcourse a low cost bag but it looks cheaper with the non name brand logo printed across the back. I often wonder if people think it’s my last name printed on the bag. I wish the logo was more subdued or minimal to elevate the look of the bag.- I wish there was a tiny top pocket or hidden pocket on the back of the bag to show wallets, passports, or sunglasses. Small items like this that get stowed in the bag have to go in massive black hole pockets on the bag that aren’t convenient when you want to grab these things and not have to sift through a lot of other items that are loosely packed in the massive pockets. All of that said, this bag has far more value than it’s being sold for. For the price it is a quality, well built bag, that stands up to multiple trips per month for over 2 years. While I wish the bag felt a little higher end or had slightly better organization I really can’t replace this bag despite trying some of the best high end travel bags on the market and finding them lacking. If you’re on a budget and don’t need name recognition or you want convenience over luxury, this bag is absolutely the bag for you. I highly recommend.

Not Bad!
Even after reading the reviews and finding some of them with manufacturing issues, I am pleasantly surprised by this bag's durability after dragging it all over Costa Rica for two weeks. This little bag is a powerhouse! And for about 40 bucks, I'm stoked on the quality for what I paid. The luggage compartment is shockingly roomy, and even has the mesh pocket on the inside flap as well as the elastic security straps. I definitely over-packed, but as a carry-on, it worked really well. The outermost pockets on the front can be a little hard to maneuver in if you've over packed the main compartment, like I did, but still function well if you stuff everything into the pockes before zipping the luggage bay.The security straps on both outer sides are great for attaching extra items, like a towel or other small roll. I hung my oversized water bottle from them, as well as other quick-access items. The laptop pouch is nicely concealed and also padded for comfort. I used that space to keep my towel clean at the beginning of my trip. After 5 flights and I don't know how many bus trips and taxi rides, and many, many steps, I haven't experienced any breaks or broken stitches. Also, it fit expertly in most overhead storage compartments on both plane and bus (not all busses). As heavy as the bag was (my fault for over-packing, and also moisture in everything from humidity), this bag really made my trip a breeze whereas other bulkier bags or rolling luggage might have been burdensome.**Updated** This bag has now also been to Turkey and Hawaii, both as a personal item or carry-on. If you don't over pack it, it will work as a personal item (unless you're flying Frontier, because they are regimental about putting your stuff in that stupid metal box that is supposed to simulate under-seat space.A year after purchase, still no breaks in the straps or zippers.

Better that traditional carry-on rolling on travel luggage
This travel backpack was a replacement of other smaller size. Even if this travel backpack size is a border line large for carriers acceptance carry-on, I have travel around without problem. The design of this backpack is really very convenient, multiple compartments and the main one unzips like a regular travel bag, fully opens. I highly recommend this backpack style but full carry-on luggage size, you can’t beat it including a few mesh zipper soft bags for better organizing your items. These mesh zipper organizers are also useful for public laundry your used cloth. Just a great carry-on backpack style luggage, better than the traditional rolling on ones.

Great For Traveling
So many good things to say about this bag. I love that it opens like a carry on. It has a separate slot for your laptop which makes it really easy to get through TSA. Great mesh pocket in side like a suitcase. Very sturdy and durable. The pockets on the outside are nice but it car be a little difficult to get things in/out when the bag is full since the pockets are flat and deep. Another thing is, this is not a backpack you should wear when walking around/sightseeing. I made this mistake in DC in Sept and the backpack made my bag extra hot and sweaty. Going forward, this bag is a must when traveling. I’ll just bring an additional bag for sightseeing.
