But is that because he's 8 and going through a spurt? I don't know. They could be helping with that. But just the taste and texture of the watermelon are giving him a hard time. So I tried it. It's a little chalky or gritty in a gummy form, leaves that vitamin texture or substance in the roof of your mouth after chewing it. The vitamins does the job, and I didnt know how useful certain herbs were in this product. I've never tried the ashwagandha but it is an interesting addition. It's a herb the control stress levels. Its a really big difference. I never thought of trying it till I noticed it was in this package. The vitamins feel as if they work instantly. The taste is fruity and the texture is very enjoyable bexause although it has a little stick to it , its easy to eat it all up as it doesnt stick too hard.
