I've been using these for the past 3 months and they're great, I got the blue ones in 3.5 cm size which are fluffy when you walk, it's a really comfortable experience I haven't experienced before, when you put them on they shrink a bit so those 3.5 cm would come down to 2cm for those concerning the height. I've used them with Vans and Nike shoes and they look great, you can't even tell despite the 3.5 cm If I decide to purchase another pair I would definitely go with these!

Not too bad. Will buy again. Cushion is good on the heels.

Great lift and support. Unfortunately I had to buy this as a pair, but only need the left one. They are not interchangeable (can't turn it over and wear it on the other foot. I am stuck throwing away 1/2 of the pair. Wish I could only buy a left or right lift

These lifts are to die for if you're vertically challenged or if you just want a lot of bounce in your step (I prefer both.) ! I have about 10 pair of these insoles in different configurations. The blue is the squishiest. I use the 3.5cm blue insoles in my Golden Goose sneakers. I get an extra inch and a half of added height and a whole lot of squishy comfort. Wore them miles and miles through Europe. The blue compresses a bit because they're the softest; the other colors less so. I weigh 125 lbs, and the 3.5cm compresses to about 3cm, I would guess. They feel so amazing and if you like a lift and squish then these are perfect. The other colors are much firmer than the blue. It goes from softest to firmest... blue, yellow, green, then black. I think the black is for heavier wearers. Not all sneakers can accommodate the 3.5cm insole, tho. I use the 3.0 yellow insoles in my Veja and Stan Smith sneakers; 2.5cm yellow in my New Balance trainers and Converse sneakers, and the 1.5CM green insoles in my Veja trainers. For reference, I'm a size 7 (women's) and the blue insoles fit perfectly without needing to trim. All of the other colors required a bit of trimming to fit my size.

Good product it’s just too narrow at the top of the toes section so if you have a little bit wider feet these insoles are extremely narrow and your toes will feel like they’re slipping off the insole from the inside of the shoe. I also wish they had a little bit more cushion, a bit thicker overall using the same material

I’m 186cm barefoot and 220 lbs. The 1.5cm inserts made perhaps a 4mm difference in height, but an AMAZING improvement in comfort and every day life quality. Before, my feet constantly hurt, the comfort was my motivation not the heights. The price and results have me buying 4 more pairs for every shoe I wear regularly. Also, I wear a size 12 and they don’t go all the way to the front. This is not a problem, but I am just reviewing for posterity. I can feel the edge of the insert with the middle of the toe tips. The inserts stay in place however, so this is not a problem. A++ value! However if you are smaller stature and looking for elevation, these might not be for you.

Not as expected. They had no support and were to soft. I didn’t open the package because I could feel they were to soft. I expected the heel to have some stiffness to them but there was none. I am still looking for a good one

I'm a naturally 6'1 male and just wondered what it would be like to get an extra boost. I bought the 3.5 cm model and was afraid it would be too much or wouldn't fit in my size 11 sneakers, but it's actually a perfect fit and makes a significant difference on height. The soles are very comfortable and immediately felt totally natural to walk in. Overall I would definitely recommend these.

Good shoe height increaser. Bought this for a mate who was getting married to a slightly taller partner and wanted a bit more height for the wedding and for the wedding photos. Worked well and gave him a bit of extra confidence on the day.

Acheté pour soulager une tendinopathie d'insertion au tendon d'achille. Fait le job, mais en 2.5cm c'est trop haut, même pour des chaussures de marches semi montantes C'est est gênant sur la durée, mais convient parfaitement pour de court trajet ou la maison.
