Hope this review helps another customer size correctly.this is the one! Just clicked my second pair in the cart.the only change I will make is a size correction.I wear a mans 9.5d-10d.This time I will def order the (Large)((not)) a (Medium).Whether wearing these socks during sleep or day they will give your feet that Midas touch.Spent years working on my feet.They were ruined. I literally could not walk barefoot or stand in the shower due to foot cramps soreness and spasms. Especially when my feet hit the floor after resting or watching TV.In two weeks time Wow! What a difference a day can make.The only reason I'm ordering more is becauseI never want to be without these again. That is If I ever need them again. That's just how good they are!

I make my feet work hard. I run 4-5 miles pretty much every day. I do a lot of physical work because I like it. No one actually pays me to do this. I'll even tell you that I'm 62, so I've asked a lot of these feet for a lot of years. Needless to say, my feet have experienced all manner of aches and pains for which I've tried various and sundry remedies - short of going to the doctor, that is. Now that health care changes are afoot, (ahem) it's a good thing I came across these foot sleeves. I've worn them every day since they arrived and I've done lots of miles and lots of walking, hauling, digging, and climbing. My feet should hurt. They don't. I wouldn't think that such a little thing would make such a big difference, but it does. I'm going to have to get some more of these. My feet just sent a memo to my brain.

I have been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis for 2 years and nothing seemed to help. I have tried shoe inserts, cortisone shots, KT tape, pain medication, I tried it all, but nothing seemed to work long term. A friend of mine who was also suffering from the same condition recommended I get compression sleeves. What puzzles me, is that no doctor ever suggested getting anything like Runner FX Sports compression socks. Who knew that something so simple would be so effective! I am amazed! I have severe plantar fasciitis and these foot compression sleeves helped tremendously to relieve the pain! I was looking for high quality foot compression sleeves so I decided to order a pair. This brand has not let me down. The quality is SUPERB! I am on my feet all day and sometimes my plantar fasciitis seems to just throb with pain. I put these on the day that I got them and received immediate relief! I wear them under my regular socks. No swelling and pain free at the end of the day. I sleep much better now. I highly recommend this product. Will be buying another pair soon.***UPDATE*** I have been using these foot sleeves for 3 months and they are still as good as new!!! I have to say I love them even more, as I have been symptom free since wearing them! I am able to go about my day without any pain. Wonderful product!

These work so well I just ordered a second pair. My feet had been killing me to the point I could barely walk with or without shoes on. They take a few days before you notice a difference. I knew this as I read all the reviews before purchasing. They were spot on and after about day 4 I noticed a huge difference. I highly recommend this for anyone with foot pain!

I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for years and I've done plenty of things to alleviate the pain - from foam rollers, massages, and spending an exorbitant amount on running shoes designed for the condition. To be honest, I never really considered socks as an option, but as I kept reading forums for running, these types of products kept being mentioned, so I thought I'd give them a try. I have been pleasantly surprised. Today, for instance, I woke up feeling pain in my feet (probably from my 10 mile run on Saturday) and so I decided to slip these on. The compression really does help to alleviate the pain and I feel like I might even wear these during my "barefoot exercises" (yoga, pilates) for support purposes. I wasn't expecting much from them so my bar was set pretty low, but if I had to purchase them again, I would.

Had these for a little over a week now. They have really helped ease my achilles tendonitis pain. I would get spasms in my ankle and these have stopped them right in their tracks! They really help support my ankle, which is exactly what I needed. I wear them under my socks with my tennis shoes. Definitely happy with purchase!  Would recommend to anyone with the same condition

They really help support my heel when I play tennis. I have fasciitis and a bone spur and although I've had success with KT tape, I saw these and thought they might be a convenient alternative. So far, I am very pleased with the results. I wear a size 7 shoe and ordered a Medium.
