Unfortunately the screen protector began lifting on the crease just like the original factory one. The Samsung original lasted about 5 months. This one from 22 MAR 2022 through 05 JUN 2022, so only about two and a half months.I've used the traditional glass screen protectors with the UV light from Whitestone in the past, and I've always been happy with how well they hold up. Since switching to my Galaxy Z Flip 3 doesn't allow for glass, but based on the company history, when it came time to replace the junky one installed out of the box by Samsung (mine peeled down the center crease after only 5 months) I decided to give them a try again with the Premium PET film. For some reason I can't find the premium flexible glass protector for the Flip 3 anywhere. The install took about 10 minutes including watching the install video on YouTube. The jig made the install simple and I have zero air bubbles. Just be sure to 1) clean the screen well and 2) do it in a room that has little to no airflow and 3) that has a light to shine on the screen so you can see any errant specs of dust before you put on the screen protector. After the install I can confirm that it feels better than the original screen protector did. The clock is ticking now though, and I'll post a follow-up if this protector fails in any way or starts to peel like the original. For now, could not be happier with the install or the final look.

I bought this because my original screen protector that came with my flip 3 was cracked... I read about how important it is to follow all instructions when replacing it! I was SO nervous. I had my husband help me lol. It was pretty straight forward but there were a lot of steps. They aren't hard to follow. It's basically the same as any other (microfiber wipe, screen cleaner, dust stickers, clean the screen!) Not in that order but the same as any other screen protector to prevent bubbles or dust. I followed all instructions. As soon as it was on I was SO excited! It had no bubbles and looked great!Cut to one of the first times I "folded" my phone. You could hear it cracking. It was too tight? I assume? Idk how I made it too tight or how I was supposed to make it less tight. I followed all the directions.So. I was excited. It was perfect. I folded my phone a couple times and... I heard a cracking noise. Oh no. I was like DANG! Somehow I made it too tight?! I used the squeegee thing it came with and smoothed out everything.... I didn't think it would somehow be too tight?! Oh it was.It bubbled. It cracked. It kept getting worse...This was only over 24 hours...Within 48 hours.... my actual flip screen now has an entire crease in it! The screen protector was like... too tight? And now I have to either replace my phone or the top screen. It was perfect before I took off the original screen protector. Since I replaced it with this one and kept bubbling... I have since removed it and my screen has a line down the center and is now bubbling!They legit should replace my phone! Or samsung should offer replacement for screen protectors or screens that crack due to normal wear and tear! My phone except the screen protector was perfectly fine. Now, this screen protector ruined my actual screen!!!Be careful!If I could go back, I wouldn't get this phone to begin with. I LOVE the idea of it. I've loved it for 6 months! But if they're not willing to acknowledge or replace the screen problems for a phone they charge so much money for... I won't be buying a folding phone again until the problems are fixed.Amazon has yet to replace even this screen protector or give me a refund.DONT buy this. It literally ruined my actual screen!

Important to watch a couple of installation videos which I did. The film went on just fine but low and behold, I am left with 2 dust spots (not immovable bubbles). Made the mistake of doing it at my desk which is next to the hvac, likely blowing out dust particles after I cleaned and did the dust sticky thing.Oh well, okay by me as I don't see it when the flip is on and I had to replace the old screen protector as it lifted off at the crease after 9 months use. Love my flip and did not want the actual screen to get damaged.UPDATE: So stupidly, watched a video and thought I could remove the two dust spots by peeling back the new protector and using the dust sticker. WRONG. I ruined the new protector when I peeled it back and it would not re-adhere properly like the first time. The protector is more rigid than those I have used in the past and it has more sticky stuff to adhere to the phone. LESSON. Leave good enough alone.So I had to buy another one and was able to put it on and it looks great, no dust bubbles!

The screen saver on my Z flip 3 was separating at the crease after less than 18 months. It finally became so annoying that I decided to try replacing it myself. I saw a video of this screen saver and liked the idea of the installation jig. The hardest part of the installation was removing the old screen saver. I couldn't lift it at the corner but finally started at the crease where it was already separating and that worked just as well.Definitely watch one of the installation videos; the included instructions aren't very good. I did end up with two tiny spots on the screen which are my fault as I cleaned the screen, but forgot the step to go over it with the lint remover. I only see the spots when the screen is black. I can't speak as to how long this screen saver will last, but I really like this phone so if it lasts a long as the Samsung screen saver, I'll be happy. My husband's phone is having the same problem and I will probably replace his screen saver now that I know how easy this is. My only complaint is that the screen saver doesn't seem to be available unless you buy the whole kit.
