Unboxing the pan, it looks well-made. The pan itself is heavy and so is the lid. It came in its original box and I had told Amazon to put it in something else to cover up the manufacturers box for delivery. I had one day delivery on it. I ordered the 2 quart sauce pan. I would like to order more, I will try this one out and see if it will cook like it shoul. I would have purchased the whole set, but I’m not able to spend lump sum money, so I will purchase them separately After I’ve cooked with it. I will come back and give another review. There has been other buyers with complaints of missing parts and cooking with the nonstick pans were not nonstick, food was sticking then there was another pan what seem to be a regular stainless steel sauce pan that completely burnt from recognition on the inside bottom of pan. I will not recommend this pot until I’ve tested it.

Nice metal pot. You do have to put it together but it's not a big deal. Happy with the price happy with the purchase.Keep in mind the pot will never look as pretty as it looks when it first arrives lol. The metal stains pretty easily. But I'll take that over something that will break or chip or wear out like porcelain or aluminum Teflon pot.

Absolutely Amazing! Heavy, heavy, heavy. Bought the set of three with the steamer basket. Highly recommend. The lids are also heavy which gives them a nice tight seal while cooking. Very little steam coming from anywhere but the steam hole. Almost purchased a much more expensive set. No need. These are outstanding. One little caveat. The handle of the lids gets hot so be careful. Other than that, these are worth every penny.

I brought 2 1/4 cups of water to boil in it (with the lid on) in 3 1/2 minutes on an induction cooktop.

This part was exactly what I was looking for. Not too heavy and a well fitting lid. I liked it so much I bought the smaller one also. Now all I need is a smaller frying pan for induction cooktop.

I went to buy this pan after looking at so many and from different sites. I don’t have a ton of money to spend on too dollar pans and now knowing that the non stick is so bad for you ,I will never buy a pan that has nonstick in it again. When I went to buy it,a disclaimer came up saying it was a frequently returned item. I almost didn’t but it,but I kept reading great reviews on it. I decided to try my luck and I am glad that I did! I did have to fasten the handle on it ,but it comes with the screws and tool to do so. I had no problems doing that! I have now cooked sticky rice in it twice and now mashed potatoes. I then put it in the oven to let some cheese melt on top of the mashed potatoes and all went just perfect! Why are y’all saying this pan is frequently returned? The cooking reviews are great in it and it’s stunning! It’s easy to clean and nothing is sticking to it! The distributed well with all three things I cooked and I have had zero problems with it! I really hope people see my review and go ahead and buy it. If it’s because people have to put in the handle,well that’s not a reason to give this pan a bad review! It was cheaper than others ,but more beautiful. I want the whole set now! I am a paying customer,a wife ,a mother and a friend! I love to cook and I cook all of the time! I know I will have this pan for the rest of my life! I will never buy non stick again! It’s so bad for you and causes Alzheimer’s. Thanks for listening to me ,Amazon!

Great set of pots, the reason I got these is because of the nice log handles. The pots I was using were ok, they were all stainless multi-layer but the handles were so short they would get red hot all the time, these are great, nice long handles that barely get warm. The lids are real nice too, the built in vent has a large hole so I never get boil-overs. My other pots had vents but the hole was small and you still had boil-overs you had to put the lid askew. And so you know some of the other reviews the people had a problem installing the handles. No problem the company corrected that and the pots come with the handles already installed. So if you need a couple of the usual small pots that look nice and work just as good these are for you...you won't be sorry!

3 stars due to cleaning after frying. I wanted to love this pot, and I do for anything other than frying. Sauces and water heat very quickly on my induction cooktop. However, I used it for deep frying and oil splatter stuck to the inside and was nearly impossible to clean. I finally used steel wool and a lot of elbow grease to get the oil off, but there are still color variations in the metal that would not come out.If you don’t fry in this pot you will love it!
