I take a vitamin B12 tablet every evening. It’s very easy to use it dissolves in your tummy so there’s no taste. The texture is like a little jellybean that you just swallow. Very easy to swallow. The size is small and the vitamin quality is very good. It’s highly recommended. my doctor suggested taking this particular product as it is one of the better ones on the market, more effective she says. So if you are native of vitamin B 12 whatever dosage you are supposed to take it comes in 50 MG all the way up to 5000 MG and possibly even more. Very well worth the money.
