The trailer attaches to the ball of the valet and you tighten the collar. This secures the valet to the trailer. Love my valet.

Q: Does this come with the drill attachment?

Yes it does. I use a cordless drill, but prefer in most cases the manual crank.

Q: Have 30’ searay sundeck (bow rider) dry weight with trailer 9500 lbs this says 10,000 lbs. i am right at its limit. is this going to work?

Depends on the surface you have the boat on. My RV is only about 5500. On gravel at the storage place it is a little difficult. Concrete is easy. You may need a second set of hands
