This fits my needs perfectly. I have two presses, one is smaller and I use that one for actually smashing burgers while on the other side of the griddle I use this press to hold down hotdogs or bacon. I can do a full package of dogs at once with this press. It would obviously work as a burger press as well if you don't already have one. Highly recommended.

Works as intended for use on the Blackstone! Good quality and feel to it and has a nice heavy weight to it. Ive been pleased with the use and results with it so far. No issues and would purchase again

My first time on a blackstone griddle. I watched many u tube videos to cook smash burgers, they all used parchment paper between the meat and the spatula, but I have used this and no paper to bother with. Works perfect and easy to clean, so earned a 5 star rating

This is my favorite thing to use for burgers, chops, bacon, certain fish or anything else that you need to keep from curling when it hits the flattop. Keep it oiled and clean and you’ll be living it too!

The griddle press is pre-seasoned … that’s good, it is a great size … perfect for 4 “standard” burger Pattie’s, and is certainly heavy duty enough for “smash burgers”. My only caution … the business surface is a textured grooved surface which is good for not sticking to items being cooked but a little difficult to quickly but throughly clean. All-in-all … it’s worth the expense, just don’t be surprised as by the textured cook surface, which, all-all isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
