Great honey

Darker flavored honey but an underlying aftertaste that is not quite honey to me. I do eat a lot of natural raw honey, so perhaps that is the issue here, as this one is refined. I am sure it is a popular and good honey and the taste is not too horrible. It is sweet, dark, somewhat of a very mild molasses flavor and a light tang to that darkness. I will use the whole jar of course, but will stick with light raw honey in the future. This brand was not for me. I give it three stars for flavor, but one additional star for how it was packaged.Note:: This review is based on my personal taste, which is why I noted the flavors above, for future buyers, who prefer the darker honey variety.This is packed in a glass jar at the time of purchase, not plastic and that alone gives it four stars instead of the three I would have given for my personal dislike of the over all flavor. Purified and clean honey. Smooth, not granulated at all. Metal lid, sealed nicely.

Definitely differs from a honey flavor but it's a score for 10 bucks
