I am a big fan of the ADScope for many years. Great acoustic and even superior over Lithmann. I gave my stethoscope to other providers to compare and they said the same. I think the biggest problem is tubing. It can get cracked around 2 years of use. But the company gives a lifetime warranty and its not a big deal.I got a replacement tubing for the first one, but then someone took my stethoscope and did not return it, so I bought another one. The rim and the diaphragm are broken in about 3 years of intense use but per the lifetime warranty, i got a replacement.I plan to buy the cardiology one.

If you have a need, buy one. Lungs, Heart, Belly and a rudimentary carotid assessment, yup.

I got this because I wanted a dual head like my Littman and to compare with the cardiology 601 model. To me, they sound exactly the same, but I'm also a nurse, not a doctor. So maybe I'm not hearing like how docs need to hear. I've had a 603 since 2021 from a hospital I used to work at and I had it before my Littman. When I got my Littman, I was like, my ADC is way better. And it has a longer tube! You can actually turn your head to look at something *while* still listening to what you're listening to on the patient.I also let a coworker who is in nursing school use it on a patient and she asked what kind it was as she really liked it. I bragged to her about how it was better in my opinion as well, haha. And such a better price too! So what if you can't customize colours like you can with Littman. Would be cool, but quality over looks is what matters.I got the mirror teal. It looks different in pictures, but I absolutely LOVE the colour that it is in person.

I bought this because my littman stethoscope of 6-7 years broke. And it was time for a new one but I didn’t want to spend $100+. It sounds even clearer than my littmann! The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s a little too long and rubbery looking. But otherwise it’s awesome.

Love it! My last stethoscope I had was good but this is better. Comfortable in the early, long enough to be placed around the neck. Pink enough to match my work shoes, it’ll sparkle soon’

This is very cute and it works great for the price listed. Definitely a great starter stethoscope:)

The color ordered was not as described: I ordered "dark green" and I received royal blue tubing. However, I like everything about this stethoscope model including the surprise change in color. The sound quality is AMAZING. After playing around with it, I think it is fairly lightweight and is a good length for comfortable carry. I plan to use this stethoscope for nursing school and think it would be a perfect fit for healthcare professionals, students, and for at-home use.
