Very well respected brand and quality. Cost per dose is very low. Noticable effects. Much more vascular after workouts with very negative side effects. I had 3 tablets a day and will keep this in my stake.

Tomé mucho tiempo este producto en una dosis de 1 pastilla 3 veces al día, no notaba nada en especial. Lo tomaba como parte de un protocolo que leí para una infección. Un día decidí tomar 3 pastillas juntas porque había olvidado algunas tomas. Fue enorme mi sorpresa al ver una mejora muy notable de mis síntomas de hipoperfusión cerebral. Luego leí algunos artículos indexados diciendo que este es un uso para la arginina, la toma de 3 pastillas ronda la dosis terapéutica. No digo que a todas las personas con hipoperfusión cerebral les sirva o sea adecuado para ellos. Pero es algo que voy a hablar muy seriamente con mi neurólogo.

I take it twice daily only. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. I take 1 tablet 30 minutes before my workout and it seems really effective. I dont feel fatigue or get tired easily.
