Quality & Value
An excellent protein blend. The higher calorie count is great for those trying to bulk and the blend itself is pretty good for the money. The perfect combination of quality and cost-effectiveness. The taste is also great and it blends very well. This is my number one pick now.

Taste is on point
Fantastic protein. Flavor was on point it mixed well I use milk in a shaker bottle and it mixes easily. It even has little pieces of birthday cake like confetti I love it. It's been easy on my stomach and digest well.

Phenomenol
The strawberry milkshake has an absolutely amazing taste and texture. It is 100% smooth and I think some people would be hard pressed to admit they're even drinking a protein shake. It mixes well with absolutely every liquid and fruit I've thrown at it, including just using water. And while I hate to mention it, if you're a fan of Smoothie King Glp-1 Gladiator shake, this is THE closest taste I think you'll find. If other protein powders have left you gagging with gritty texture and horrible flavors, try this.

Average macros, exceptional taste
I will be blunt, if your goal for a protein powder is to maximize the protein to calorie ratio, this is not for you. However, if you don’t mind the extra calories or even need it, this protein powder is amazing. Creamier, tastier, and smoother than any other milk isolate protein powder I’ve ever had. It genuinely tastes like cinnamon toast crunch milk when mixed with milk. It even tastes good mixed with water. The macros are definitely not the most efficient for getting in pure protein, but if you’re buying Syntha-6, you most likely want something that tastes great, and this tastes great. In essence, great buy if you’re bulking or on maintenance. Probably look elsewhere if you’re cutting.

Tastes Great, But Macros/Calories are Questionable
This is a very good tasting protein powder, and it digests well for me. (I have had big problems with a few protein powders.) It mixes very easily with no lumps, and with whole milk, it tastes more like melted ice cream than a protein shake. The biggest downside is that there is no indication of how much of each protein is in this. It's whey and casein, but in what ratio? It would be good to know so I can judge how to best use it. Also, the calorie count is sus. If you add up the calories from fat, carbs, and protein, it comes to 169, but the label says 190. So I am really questioning what is going on there. It's too far off the just be rounding error. Also the 6 g. fiber is way higher than almost every protein powder I have ever seen, so that's a little sus also. I would say I just don't believe the label at all.It has a lower protein content than most protein powders, especially compared to all-whey powders. Around 52% of the calories are from protein. (Again, using the calculated calories, not the 190 on the label which cannot be correct.) Compare this to ~75% for typical wheys like Optimum Gold Standard, 70% for Ghost, and up to 90% for Transparent Labs.Overall, this is a lower-nutrition (or unknown nutrition) protein powder, but it tastes great and mixes well. If you are going for a bulk, this is a good breakfast protein booster. It seems to also be pretty good for post-workout and decent for bedtime snack, but that's where having the whey/casein ratio would really help determine where it fits best. I will most likely not buy it again due to the lower protein content and unknown protein ratios. Also note that the scoop does not hold 47 grams. I am seeing about 35 grams for a level scoop. Getting to 47 grams requires piling it so high that some inevitably falls on the countertop during prep. With a level scoop, you are getting only ~17 grams protein.

Delicious protein, great for muscle building
The media could not be loaded. My gym uses this protein for there blends at the juice bar and I decided to give it a try myself. It tastes good and I love the amount of protein it comes in the bottle. It's a large amount of protein so you definitely get your money's worth. It has 48 servings, 22 grams of protein, 190 calories and you can blend this protein before a workout, after a workout or both. You can blend it with water or any beverage in a 4-5 Oz cup. This will last me a long time! Watch my video for further details and hopefully it helps you make a decision on whether to get it or not.
