A great paring knife at a very reasonable price. Very high quality.
Better than expected. Has a great feel in the hand is razor-sharp and just the right size 4 slicing apples, chopping vegetables, slicing tomatoes, whatever that you would use a pairing knife for it seems to be very high quality at a very good value. It was packaged nicely and arrived on time so I would give the vendor at least 5 stars and I would give the item 5 stars as well. I would also give amazon delivery five stars

Great knife!
I have now had this knife for over 6 years! I am very impressed with it and have grown to prefer it over my zwilling profession s (granted 8inch vs this one at 6inch). I am kind of a knife guy. Very impressed with the balance, weight, feel and cutting. I sharpen tools for my woodworking and this knife takes an edge very nicely on resharpening. For the money, its amazing in my opinion.

Perfect Boning Knife.
I purchased a 6-inch flexible boning knife and I must say I am very pleased with this knife. Blade was sharp and flexible. Grip is nice and the weight is perfect. I'm a woman in her seventies with arthritic hands and needed a good boning knife for carving up a deer hindquarter when I am fortunate enough to harvest one. This knife cut through the hindquarter like butter. I would highly recommend this product.

best top shelf home cook knife
These are fantastic home cook knives. They are the ones student's in culinary school are at minimum required to have and they are wonderful. I love wood handles but its totally worth it to have black plastic or whatever it is. they feel noce in your hand and stay sharp even with a regular old knife sharpener from homegoods. I love to cook and a sharp knife is safer than ine that goes dull. Totally worth it

Great knife
Got this a few days ago because I dropped and broke the tip on my favorite paring knife. I cook a lot and this knife is much better than the one (I thought was great) it replaced. Extremely sharp with a handle that is not only comfortable but textured so no matter what liquid gets on it,it remains perto grip!

SImply no reason to get any other knife of this class.
I bought this knife ~4 years ago for a prep cook kitchen job. I process about 200-300 lbs of chicken a week, by hand or in this case knife. Sometimes just cleaning up double lobe breasts, some cutting into boneless bites, and some cut into fine strips for chicken cheese-steaks. Not to mention the tons of onions and other various prep tasks. 40-50 hours a week every week, without fail. With only using a honing steel to keep the edge in good shape, the edge has JUST started to fail this year, and needs to be professionally resharpened. Even using those crappy "knife sharpeners" you see in a lot of kitchens, has helped it limp along even though the edge is almost entirely gone. This knife is a workhorse. Kept sharp this beauty will cut protein, and pretty much anything else, with ease. To quote Hattori Hanzo from the movie Kill Bill: "Should you encounter God on your travels, God will be cut" Signed, A frontline prep cook who has put multiple tons of work through this blade.

Initial review, Just received the knife. Came sharp right out of the package. Sliced easily right through paper. Feels good in the hand. Looks great. First good Knife I've ever purchased. A few smudges on the knife, nothing bad but i do wonder why they're there. i was looking for a good knife that wasn't $100 or more. I'll update the review after actually using it. Update: Best knife i've ever used keeping in mind i've never spent more than 30$ on a knife before. Primary use is carving meat, turkey, brisket, roast etc.

I bought this knife cause I like cooking at home. I'm not a professional even thought I took some culinary classes years ago. Be Aware! Very sharp knife out of the box!! Cut a finger tip pretty bad while cleaning it for the first time. I was probably just to exited to use it for the first time. Good balance, good grip, blade long enough so you don't need to lift the tip of the knife from your cutting board to cut small to medium size vegtables or fruits. Cleaning is easy (not for dishwasher). I love this knife so much that I just bought an other one but an 8" blade for my wife who's scared of the 10" blade.
