I have used a similar needle meat tenderizer. But the old one's spring was too strong, and when I tried to tenderize the meat, I basically smashed the meat not by the needle but by the protecting plate. So I was not happy using it. This SePango meat tenderizer's spring is not too hard as advertised. Also, if you want to, you can remove the needle part from the body and use it as a needle alone. So it is quite versatile. For the first time, I used this SePango tenderizer to make a Japanese pork katsu, and the result was amazing! The meat was so tender and juicy! All the family members loved it! I can recommend this to anyone who loves to cook meat!

This meat tenderizer works great. I follow a carnivore eating plan and use this on most of the beef that I eat. It punctures the meat and allows the salt I rub into the meat to be absorbed. I let it dry brine over night in the refrigerator and even cheaper cuts of meat are tender and delicious. The handle makes it easy to hold and use. The tenderizer comes apart easily for cleaning and is dishwasher safe.

Ich hatte mir den Steaker bestellt weil ich mir am Wochenende Steak Strindberg machen möchte. Deshalb kann ich noch nicht beurteilen wie das Teil arbeitet.
