Lots of practical information and considerations for professions in both training development and delivery. Must-have. I have been involved in training most of my life. Twenty-six year vet some some experience in this field. Write more books like this. Big thumbs up!

This book was of my masters program. I decided to use this book for training and purchased the newest edition. The content for in person training is solid. There was no materials for virtual training.

simple and practical, with short explanations for how to deliver a better training courses. I liked the exercises at the end of each chapter in the book, it helps grasp the information introduced in each part of the book

I’m using as a refresher and I find it very practical and helpful. I like the activities that make me think.

A great read for those entering a training career; especially useful when trainings moved from in person to video

It's a nice resource to give structure for those who have limited training skills and do t have $1000 in their budget to send staff to learn about it.

I skimmed through this book looking for a few features it promised to have. The first page I looked at had 6 noticeable typos/grammatical errors. I'm now very much regretting this purchase. I'm allowing 2 stars because there are certainly aspects of great trainings that are featured in this book and some people don't even have that solid foundation prior to leading formalized training. (Trust me, I've sat through them...yikes.) But, my high hopes for this book are already dashed. Disappointing.
