This is in a cocoa base and I add it to coffee. Put the power in first into a dry cup, add hot coffee and it dissolves easily. I'm satisfied with the performance and cost of the product.

I was noticing that I was having a hard time retrieving words here and there. Not as sharp as I used to be. I'm taking an rx that can cause this side effect. I wanted to give this a try and see if it would help. I did notice a difference after one bottle (30 servings) It was subtle, but could definitely tell that I wasn't struggling to pull words, they were just coming and it was heaven. I believe I only missed one dose. Otherwise, I never missed. It tastes good in coffee. I use a little hand mixer/latte mixer to stir it in, first thing in the morning. The container is difficult. I will be storing it in something other than what it comes in, next time. It's way too small to get down in there, when the product gets low. I do recommend. Some say it gives you energy. I did not notice an increase in energy. I also cannot compare this product to any others out there. I haven't tried anything else before, but I can vouch for Four Sigmatic, FOCUS.

I love this product, really help me to have my main clear every day. Every morning with my coffee. 100% recommend.
