Good product I went and had a brain spect scan at the Amen clinic and this was prescribed to me.. for some reason it made me very tired when taking it in the am so the Dr I saw changed the dose to be taken at night and it was much better. Good quality supplement from Brainmd and Dr Amen.. class act all the way ..

This supplement is great. I noticed an almost immediate difference in afternoon brain fog lift...alertness in the morning before coffee. I feel like it is helping me with overall neurological wellness. My husband and I are both taking it and reordered our second bottle immediately once we were out. You should try it!

I rely on honest commentary before purchasing a product on Amazon, so I owe it to the community by giving back and sharing my honest review of BrainMD lithium orotate. I tried this two months ago, and was amazed at how different I felt within the first hour. I experienced a calmness I hadn't felt in years. Over the next month there was a big improvement in my anxiety level, and just had a better daily sense of well being. I was sleeping better than I had in a long time. I also started remembering my dreams more often, which I rarely used to be able to do, now it almost every day. After about a month, I needed a refill and BrainMD was out of stock. I purchased Horbaach's brand. My anxiety level went back to the level it was before BrainMD, and it was possibly even higher. When BrainMD (sadly at 3x the cost of Horbaach), became available again, I immediately threw out my largely full Horbacch bottle and right away felt calm again, sleeping better too. Some things are just worth paying more for, and for me BrainMD lithium orotate is one of those.

Buy them for my mom, to help her memory lost. Her psychiatrist recommended them. She takes one every morning and my mom feels it has helped her.

Not sure of the efficacy of this product but it does not seem to have any adverse effects.
