Bright AF
This light is bright as hell, so props for that...but that being said, does not dim as much as hoped.

Why build a lamp requiring this bulb?
We bought a lamp we thought we really liked at the big blue and yellow store. It looked cool. We got home and it required a weird GX53 bulb. We bought it on Amazon for a lot more money than a std bulb would cost thinking wow this bulb must be special. In a word, No. it’s not better. It’s worse. Not as bright, hotter, and the light color is more yellow and not warm white.Morale of story: always check the bulb requirements and do your research before you buy the lamp.This was our third bad experience at big blue and yellow. Even though it’s fun and you can get Swedish meatballs. I don’t know that I will go back. Especially since it’s 4 hours away.
