Almost perfect
We were very pleased to see these plates. They're shrink wrapped up so should be fine. The cups look great except for the ones on top of stacks in the box that holds just them. They're not protected w/plastic or anything so they have rub marks. They look really bad. We just won't use the top ones. The flatware is just what we wanted but the napkin ring doesn't look rose gold at all, looks gold plain as day. So they don't match anything. That was the most disappointing to me. I'd return it but can't find anything else we like this much, minus the gold. I may rewrap in different holders. So I'd give 5 stars if everything was how it was advertised.

Exactly as You Would Expect
The product came in a sturdy box so none of the items were damaged. We used it for a Mothers Day Luncheon. Best surprise...the napkins were lovely. We had cloth napkins folded as roses on the table but used the cloth napkins in the bathroom as hand towels.
