Great for your lower back and in between your shoulder blades! I like that the stitching is done in a way that keeps the pellets in place and evenly distributed. The material is soft and the tie straps are long. For my microwave 3 minutes makes it perfectly heated for a strong moist heat, if your microwave is a high wattage start lower. I haven’t had any issues with it smelling burnt or the material not holding up.

Bought in may 2023 got a decent amount of use out of it just now starting smelling. Planning to replace soon. It’s a great size and holds the heat good. Decent price for the size and it’s soft

Great value. Nice quality. Works as expected. Came quickly. No odor. Nice size. I love that it can be tied on so that back pain is addressed even when I am up and about. I have only used it for heat--have not tried it for cold therapy, but I expect it will work just as well that way.

Quality of material is great. Perfect size to cover back. It warms up nicely and is very effective on my lower back pain. I especially love that I can tie it and walk around. Moves with the body due to flexibility.

Size is great, material is soft and nice, but cools down really fast. I have a 20-year-old heat bag with some kind of seeds in it and it holds the temperature about twice maybe three times longer. This one I need to put back in the microwave after less than 5 minutes.

This is a very good heating pad. It is large enough to cover my entire lower back, and it does a great job of bringing me comfort when my low back is in pain. I had bought a smaller type of heating pad previously but it wasn’t large enough to do the job. This one is great!

I do not write many reviews, but I had to for this product! This is the best heat wrap I have ever used. Over 20+ years I have been given heat packs from physical therapists and chiropractors and purchased many of my own - this one beats them all hands down. I microwave it a bit more than the instructions suggest because I like it HOT. This wrap retains heat really well. The outside is super soft and the ties let me secure it in place so I can be "hands free". I am an elementary school teacher and I have even worn this wrap while teaching a class of 28. The moist heat is very soothing. The design is impeccable! I have used this wrap for my neck, shoulder, arthritis in my hip and knee, and menstrual cramps. I will be buying another wrap so I can keep one at work and one at home. I have even bought this wrap as a gift for a friend. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic item. Works really well. Quite large heating pad that works really well, and material is nice & soft to the touch. Made with excellent quality.

After heating 2 times for a duration of 5 minutes each, it ruptured and all the materials inside of the belt , came out. The belt can not be used any more. Moreover the heat resists for maximum 5 to 6 minutes. It is quite obvious that this is a CHINA MADE product. Never ever buy this product . This is the reason this product is non returnable.

Nice for neck, shoulder and back pain

Heavier than I thought it would be, well packed with the flaxseed. The ties are nice a long, so easy to tie up. The cover is soft and the product shapes into the body well. Found it does need the full three minutes in my microwave which is a 1200w, so not sure how long it would take to heat in a lower powered microwave. Overall I found the heat pack held it's heat for a fair while and I am pleased with my purchase.
